Engineering, with a visible record.

GFIS Studio is the web companion to the desktop development foundation. This desk separates working computational capabilities from future plant integration.

What this release does

WorkspaceCapability and boundary
Custom plantAssemble modules, attach simulated sensors, issue numerical control commands, retain state and replay it. No physical actuator connection.
Process scenariosTime-indexed digestion simulation, parameter studies, mass-balance outputs and retained experiment exports.
City networkNumerical inventory and transfer scenarios; not a commissioned gas pipeline network.
Measured evidence500,400 historical total-biogas records, not methane and not a live plant feed.
Models and training historyRetained persistence, XGBoost and LSTM predictions and recorded epochs. Playback does not train a model.
Gasification and biologyEducational reaction/atom animation linked to process scenarios. Not molecular dynamics or CFD.

Architecture

Browser-rendered Three.js scenes and charts → authenticated same-origin HTTP API → on-demand Lambda using shared numerical engines → private, versioned, subject-scoped experiment storage.

The web shell contains no private experiment records. The API verifies the existing company identity and Studio assignment. Closing your browser session or signing out ends local access; retained cloud runs remain available after signing in again.

Next engineering phases

  1. Reconstructible evidence-gated advisory kernel and fault-injection verification.
  2. Pinned model inference, preprocessing parity and explicitly controlled training jobs.
  3. Read-only pilot telemetry, sensor calibration and shadow-mode validation.
  4. Native Windows/macOS testing, signing, update and recovery lifecycle.

Published patent application and computational demonstrations are not patent grant, field validation or process-safety certification.
